October 12, 2019! Go For Bo is an annual 5K/1-Mile Fun Run/Tot Dash that raises money and awareness of Helping Children Worldwide. HCW works hand in hand to transform the lives of children in Bo, Sierra Leone. To learn about our work in Sierra Leone, visit helpingchildrenworldwide.org.
It's time to lace up your shoes and Go for Bo!
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA). Each 5K Runner is provided a race bib with disposable RFID chip attached to the back for timing purposes and free active wear race shirt.
Fun Run participants will not be chip timed but still receive a active shirt and bib.
Jogging strollers are welcome, and your four-legged friends are invited run with you for $5 per participant. Don't feel like running or walking this year? You can make a donation.
The event will feature kid's activities and a complimentary post-race Pancake Breakfast. That's just a couple reasons to participate.
Packet pickup is Friday evening October 11 from 5:00-7:00 PM or race morning from 7:00-7:30 AM at Ebenezer Church.
